All subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com Inc., our Merchant of Record.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WinFarm.ai platform, mobile applications, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will notify you before charging your payment method for renewal.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Changes will apply to subsequent billing periods. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide become our property and may be used without compensation or attribution.

8. AI Services and Analytics

7.1 AI Recommendations

WinFarm.ai provides AI-powered insights and recommendations. These are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional veterinary or agricultural advice.

7.2 No Guarantees

While our AI models are trained on extensive data, we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or specific outcomes. You are responsible for all decisions made based on our analytics.

7.3 Model Training

We use anonymized, aggregated data to continuously improve our AI models. Individual farm data is never shared or used in identifiable form.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WINFARM.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

8.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account through the account settings.
