We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all WinFarm.ai subscription plans.

How it works:

• Subscribe to any WinFarm.ai plan (Basic, Advance, Professional, or Enterprise)
• Use the platform and explore all features for up to 30 days
• If you're not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase
• We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
• No questions asked - we want you to be completely satisfied

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 30-day guarantee period:

• Include: Your account email and subscription order number

We will confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your WinFarm.ai subscription at any time:

• Log in to your account and go to Subscription Settings
• Click "Cancel Subscription"
• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged again after cancellation

Note: Cancellation after the 30-day guarantee period does not result in a refund for the current billing period.

Refund Processing

All refunds are processed through Paddle.com Inc., our payment processor.

Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)

Processing time: 5-7 business days from approval. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
